All of these were planned with the end user in mind. The house was designed to reflect their clients personal taste and style, hence the interesting combination of industrial and classical elements.

The interior flooring programme covers a total area of 110 square meters organized into an open social zone and a individual zone. The original layout was more than conventional only didn't really suit the owners' needs. As a consequence, the kitchen had to be relocated and the space was repurposed into a storage area.
